What currency are the prices listed in?
All prices on our website are listed in Euros (€).
I just placed an order—when will it ship?
Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing. Once shipped, average delivery time is 7–10 business days, excluding holidays.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3–5 business days after your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 5 business days after shipment, please contact us at info@thepartyshop.eu.
I’m not happy with my order. Can I return it? What if there’s an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for items that are defective or damaged. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return the item for a full refund.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please include your name and order number with the return.
Note: If your order is still in transit, please wait for it to arrive before requesting a return.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order without penalty as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to go through our return process to receive a full refund.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you provided an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at info@thepartyshop.eu within 24 hours to correct it.
We can update the address if notified within that timeframe. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for incorrect addresses submitted after 24 hours.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location, as we ship from multiple fulfillment centers worldwide.
Average shipping time is 7–10 business days. Orders shipped outside the US may take longer.
